Bhagavanth Kesari is an action-drama that is thoroughly focused on Nelakondah Bhagavanth Kesari, a former law enforcement officer with a raging sense of justice. Bhagavanth is a person who wants to take revenge and at the same time avenge the truth and honor after being wrongly imprisoned by a corrupt politician. Another way he brings out his past involves flash backs where we see how he was a brave circle inspector and also how he was at war with the mighty family of Rahul. The novel is made personal as Bhagavanth takes the responsibility of Vijayalakshmi, a girl called Viji, whose father, a police officer, was killed in an accident. Bhagavanth wants to fulfill her father with his dream of her enlisting in the Indian Army but Viji is indecisive fighting against her desires and fears of getting married to her boyfriend. It strengthens their bond as they go through the issues, such as the training of Viji and her getting rid of the trauma, with the assistance of a psychologist, Dr. Kathyayani.
