Fighter(2022), Also known as Ash Li, is a dark and grim martial arts drama that delves into the pain of loss, retribution, and the cruel nature of justice. The narrative describes young martial artist Shaonan, whose older brother is a well-known champion who was killed in a big fight for great prize money. Wracked by guilt over his brother’s death, Shaonan promises to discover the truth of what became of the “accident” and to right his brother’s wrongs. A tragic loss and a burning thirst for justice propel him into the jungle of secret struggles where cash and renown are bartered for extreme entertainment.
