Season 2 of One Piece on Netflix is an extension of the epic voyage of the Straw Hat Pirates as they explore the dangerous Grand Line. In this case, the crew pacting with Princess Vivi to rescue her country, Alabasta, is a turning point- the issue of loyalty, trickery and heroes are brought to the fore. The adventure proceeds to Little Garden, where giants Dorry and Brogy have been pitting each other in a century-long fight, and the crew confronts the Baroque Works agents Mr. 3 and Miss Goldenweek, demonstrating their increased strength and friendship. The season ends at Drum Island, where the life of Nami is at stake and they meet Tony Tony Chopper, a mysterious doctor who comes to visit the reindeer.
The best thing was the combination of humor, action and emotional moments in the season. These richly colorful characters, both giants and Chopper, add warmth and humour to the adventure of high stakes. The rhythm will keep the audience on-edge, alternating between intense fights and character growth and worldbuilding. Season 2 of One Piece is an exciting follow up to the adventure of the crew, with focuses on friendship, perseverance and following dreams in a vividly conceptualized and unexpectedly developed world.
